**Shipping times are temporarily extended to be 3-4 weeks. I will be unable to ship any orders between 5/14-6/5. Orders placed during that time will be shipped after 6/5**

Who makes the ornaments?

I personally make each and every ornament, from design to completion. Every step of the process beginning with selecting materials all the way to packaging the orders is just me!

How much is shipping and how quickly do orders ship?

During checkout you can choose first class shipping or priority shipping, both have tracking. First class is flat rate of $5.50 per order and Priority is flat rate $9.00 per order. Orders of fewer than 8 standard ornaments are shipped within 2-4 business days, during the holiday season of Nov-Dec it will extend 3-5 business days. Personalized orders ship 4-7 business days from date order placed. When your order ships you will receive notification with tracking number. Larger orders of 8 or more ornaments may have processing time extended by 1-2 business days.
Please remember that the usps can run slow during peak holiday season. Your order will be shipped in the listed time but delivery times can vary once its in the hands of usps. I am not responsible for delays due to USPS.

What if my order is lost is transit?

All orders are shipped with tracking. Although rare, the postal service does occasionally lose or damage packages. If your order is deemed lost by USPS please notify me and you will be offered a full refund or replacement (if available). If your order should arrive damaged please contact me right away, I will need pictures of the damaged packaging and item (this is required for insurance purposes). You will then be offered a full refund or replacement (if available). Refunds and/or replacements are not offered for shipping delays or orders marked as “delivered” by USPS.

How are ornaments packaged?

Your ornaments arriving safely to you is very important to me. All ornaments are packaged in a gift box then securely packaged up for shipping. Ball and pinecone ornaments are packaged individually in a gift box. Hoop and felt ornaments will be packaged in multiples in a gift box.

Do you accept returns?

Should there be an issue with your order please contact upon receiving your ornaments. Returns must be approved and must be in their original condition when returned, a refund minus original shipping will be credited once ornaments are returned in original condition (customer is responsible for return shipping cost).
Returns are not accepted on personalized items.

How big are the ornaments?

Each ball ornament measures about 3 inches across. Pinecone ornaments are usually between 3.5-4 inches tall. Size varies with felt ornaments and measurements will be listed in item description. For the felt ornaments I will often include a photo of the ornament being held for size reference.

FAQs

Do you make personalized or custom ornaments?

YES! There are numerous personalized ornaments available in the shop. Be sure to double check spelling for personalization, it will be made exactly as you spell it!
I love doing custom ornaments. These can be done in a specific color/theme or made using your personal fabric items to make keepsake ornaments from. Items that work well are things such as baby blankets, shirts, jackets, event garments, etc.

Payments

At checkout you will have the option to pay using Paypal or Stripe. Both are secure payment processors. Other than shipping address and contact info, I will have no access to your personal payment information. All personal information is kept confidential.
